excellent value and friendly service
clean room helpful staff ideal location convenient access
I stayed in room 4, and it had a lovely double bed along with a single bed, also a large walk in shower. the room was very clean, and the staff were great and helpful. the location is ideal. It is a short walk to pubs, restaurants, and the train station. it's also very convenient for accessing local attractions.
The small television only had a few channels, and the cables were visible, it could be improved. i did find the stairs leading up to the room a bit of a challenge. They are quite steep.

The staff offered a friendly welcome and were very attentive, also responding quickly to requests. the staff downstairs in the pub were equally as helpful and polite.

The location was near the city centre but situated on a quiet street. It was perfect! though the parking was expensive. i was also within walking distance of sheffield city hall.

adequate but with some issues
small tv sketchy access
the location was pretty good, a short walk to restaurants.
The room i got, a triple room, wasn't great. the tv was tiny (like, ridiculously small), and the stairs up to the room was like a climb up mount everest after a night out. also, the back entrance access felt a bit sketchy. I was half expecting to need a secret handshake to get in. (it was a weird experience)

The room was clean and had a good en suite.
The stairs up to the room proved a bit difficult. I think I would have struggled with the stairs even more had I consumed more alcohol that night. A small 19 inch tv had only a few channels and cables were on show.

helpful staff central location great ales steep stairs small tv guest noise
The staff was very helpful and pleasant! they assisted with directions. the location was central and easy to reach. the bar downstairs offered a great selection of ales. It was convenient after a long day.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow , made carrying luggage difficult. i found the tv in the room quite small. The channel selection was limited. the noise from other guests was noticeable, especially at night!

the room was super clean. the bedding and towels were also super clean. the staff recommended good beers from the ample selection!!!
